As closing manager at South Florida Title Group, Inc., Philip S. Goldin provides clients with more than 15 years of experience in the title business and real estate transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Goldin has closed more than 5,000 single-family residences, condominiums and commercial properties worth more than $800 million dollars.

Mr. Goldin is experienced in all facets of the title insurance business.  His rapport and successful dealings with buyers, lenders and real estate brokers have earned him and South Florida Title Group a large and loyal client base ranging from single-office realtors to some of the area’s largest real estate firms.

In addition to supervising the processing, closing and post-closing departments at South Florida Title Group, Mr. Goldin is an expert in complicated transactions and is recognized for his hands-on approach and strict attention to detail.

Mr. Goldin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and is longtime resident of Miami, Florida.
