Laurie Generalli brings a strong background in real estate, commercial and corporate law to Bratter Krieger and South Florida Title Group. Before joining the firm, Ms. Generalli spent eight years in a general civil practice with a strong emphasis on real estate. In addition to handling residential and commercial real estate matters as well as leasing transactions and litigation, Ms. Generalli also handled mortgage foreclosures and has extensive experience in writing title insurance. Ms. Generalli concentrates her practice in various areas of real property law and continues to represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate closings along with landlords and tenants in residential and commercial leasing transactions. Ms. Generalli also represents institutional lenders in connection with secured financing, counseling lenders as to adequacy of collateral and drafting loan documentation. A native of Clearwater, Florida, Ms. Generalli earned her law degree
at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, where she was a member
of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Fraternity. She was admitted to the Florida
Bar in 1996.
